The Public Works Department, Ministry of Development informed that water supply via Standing Pipes has been provided by the Department of Water Services at several locations.

The public, especially residents affected by water disruptions, can collect water by bringing suitable water containers.

The standing pipes in Lambak Industries One and Two, as well as Salambigar Industry are for the catchment areas of Mukim Berakas 'A'; Mukim Berakas 'B'; Mukim Gadong 'A'; Mukim Gadong 'B',

For the catchment areas of Mukim Lumapas; Mukim Kilanas Mukim; and Mukim Pangkalan Batu Mukim, the location of standing pipes are at Kampung Lugu National Housing Scheme Phases Five and Six.

The standing pipes at Kampung Serdang Mosque are for the catchment area of Mukim Kota Batu; and Mukim Kianggeh.

Meanwhile, the standing pipes at Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque, Sengkurong are for the catchment areas of Mukim Lumapas; Mukim Kilanas; and Mukim Pangkalan Batu.

At Kampung Madaras, near the Pharmaceutical Services Department building, are for the catchment area of Mukim Gadong 'A' and Mukim Gadong 'B'.

The PWD also provided Standing Pipes at Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque in Jerudong for the catchment areas of Mukim Kilanas, Mukim Pangkalan Batu and Mukim Gadong 'A'.

However, the Standing Pipes at Tasek Lama, which is located before heading to Tasek Lama Recreational Park for the catchment areas of Mukim Kota Batu and Mukim Kinggeh, has been closed. The public can obtain water supply from other locations.
